Life is busy and our margins are full, at times it feels like a juggling act we can't keep up. Life gets ahead of us and that's okay. During those ebbs and flows, having a nonjudgmental, safe space to assist with organizing thoughts, creating plans, honing skills, and just providing support when we feel too tired to do it alone, can be the turning point we need to make the change. I'm here to help whether you are experiencing: depression, anxiety, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, family issues, finding your footing in the next life stages, career changes, PPD, trauma, grief, behavioral issues in adolescents, and so much more. Let's navigate these life changes together through my holistic, client-centered, solution focused therapeutic approach. I am a certified school counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and National Certified Counselor. I specialize in Trauma Focused -CBT and am a Trauma and Crisis Management Specialist.
