Introduction

Gina is a clinically licensed master’s level social worker in the state of Kansas. She received her BA in Psychology in 1991 and her MSW in 1998, both from KU. She works with families dealing with complex trauma, attachment issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and disruptive behaviors. Gina has experience working in residential, outpatient, and community-based settings, as well as having worked with orphaned and abandoned children overseas. Gina is passionate about working with individuals and families to improve relationships and functioning, facilitate emotional growth and skill development, and instill hope. Her primary treatment modalities include the use of CBT, DBT, DDP, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. She may also counsel from a Christian perspective, if desired.
