Introduction

How can we expect to run, if we have not yet learned to walk? All too often, we place pressure, self-doubt, fear, and beat ourselves up physically, emotionally, and mentally when we falter and fail in life’s pursuit. No matter the circumstances, at some point, we need someone to walk or wheel alongside us in our journey. As a multi-cultural, differently abled, first-generation immigrant Latina therapist, I take pride in being trauma-informed and understanding the intersectionality that individuals from all walks of life encounter. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, & empowering space for my clients to confront their problems. I apply traditional contemporary therapeutic methods and current neurological research to provide a highly personalized approach. I specialize in serving BiPoc Latino/Hispanic, LGBTQI+, athletes, and differently-abled individuals. Amongst my areas of expertise are trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, health and wellness. I am committed to assisting individuals to build and expand on their core strengths and abilities in order to live the best possible life they envision for themselves. Changes only happen when clients commit to doing the hard work required of all worthwhile life endeavors. Reach me by phone or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
