Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Family Conflict,

Introduction

Many problems we face are relational at the root—that is, they begin in the context of important relationships and are maintained in the resulting assumptions and patterns we follow. As a therapist, I provide a trusting, safe, non-judgmental relationship to help you seek insight about these assumptions and patterns so that you can explore the motivations behind how you relate to yourself, others, and larger systems in the world. Therapy is most effective when the process fosters deeper emotional understanding, self-awareness, and relational insights that allow for the practice of new patterns of connection.
