Introduction

I specialize in working with young adult and adolescent populations struggling with life transitions, relationship/family issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have a relational approach to therapy, and come from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, psychodynamic lens. My mission is to help folks heal from their experiences, grow and foster a healthier, more loving relationship with themselves and others.
