Hi, I’m Grace! My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure why the same patterns keep showing up. They’re looking for more than a quick fix—they want real insight, lasting change, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I often work with people who feel stuck in patterns around food, body image, and self-worth—especially those navigating binge eating, emotional eating, or chronic dieting. In addition to food and body image challenges, I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, Intuitive-Eating & HAES-aligned, & rooted in psychodynamic theory. We’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, while also learning about your nervous system & helpful coping skills. I integrate approaches like attachment-based & narrative therapies, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, parts work, and more. Whatever you're carrying—your questions, your pain, your hopes–it's all welcome here. Therapy isn’t about fixing; it’s about understanding your experiences & the lens through which you see the world to aid in facilitating the changes you want to make. It’s a chance to slow down, honor every part of you, & receive the care & compassion you've always deserved.
