Throughout my time working in community mental health, I developed a clinical interest of working with individuals ranging from elementary to college age who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. While I primarily work with younger individuals, I happily support adult clients as well, so please don't hesitate to schedule a consultation call. Some approaches I use include Expressive Art techniques, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
