Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in the Central Florida area (Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Spring, Maitland). I provide in-person and virtual counseling. I am deeply committed to guiding individuals toward greater well‑being. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, sexuality concerns, trauma, or self-harm,/suicidal thoughts, my goal is to tailor each session uniquely to you and your journey. My path to counseling was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about human nature. I spent the first part of my professional career in customer service, recruitment, and HR—backgrounds that have truly helped to enrich my understanding of people from all walks of life. After earning my BA in Psychology from Florida State University and completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2021, I’ve combined my professional and educational background and experience to develop a flexible, evidence‑based, personable (and gently challenging) approach that resonates deeply with the clients I support. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools—CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, solution‑focused work, person‑centered approaches and more. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and to ensure that you are safe and supported on your healing journey. Most importantly, I work with you to create a personalized path toward healing. I am very passionate about supporting all individuals from diverse backgrounds - making sincere connections, listening to your experience without judgment, and creating a space where you can feel safe to be who you are. Outside of session, you’ll likely find me cooking with my spouse, reading by the pool, enjoying true‑crime podcasts, hanging out with my two dogs Doak and Bowden… or trying to beat the Florida heat at a theme park! If you’re ready to move from surviving to thriving, contact me and let’s take that first step—together.
