Hello! I'm a licensed psychedelic therapist, somatic psychotherapist, certified hypnotherapist, and sex, pleasure and embodiment therapist. I specialize in a transpersonal experiential embodied approach to trauma healing & transformation, attachment repair and inner child healing, self-worth, Archetypal and Shadow work, sexuality challenges, pleasure and embodiment, and nervous system healing and resiliency. I support adults who struggle with: -unresolved trauma (including complex cumulative trauma and PTSD) -anxiety -attachment wounds -boundaries -depression -integrating spiritual experiencies -life purpose -people pleasing -psychedelic medicine & spiritual awakening integration -pelvic pain -sexuality, pleasure, and embodiment challenges -**trauma healing & integration (PTSD, c-PTSD, birth, medical / surgical, childhood, sexual, other trauma) You're ready to go DEEP in your healing journey because you want MORE joy, pleasure, abundance and wealth, fulfillment, ease, peace, harmony, and well-being in your life. My methodology includes Person-Centered, Somatic Trauma Resolution, Somatic Psychology, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Hypnotherapy, Attachment, Polyvagal, IFS “parts work,” Feminist, Gestalt, Imaginal and Integral Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Transpersonal Energy Psychology. I also draw upon over 26 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Women’s Holistic Pelvic Care™ therapist, Women’s Integrated Health Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, Ordained Interfaith Minister, Energy Healer, teacher and mentor, as well as Taoist & Tantric embodiment practices, breathwork, sounding, journaling, Aroma Point Therapy using essential oils, flower essences, EFT Tapping, and numerous other alternative healing modalities. I feel deep and profound gratitude and honor for the gift of hearing each of your unique and beautiful life stories, sitting with you during times of curiosity, grief, pain, a-ha’s and illuminating insights, and supporting your profound transformation of whole-making.
