Hello! I'm a licensed somatic psychotherapist, certified Ketamine-Assisted therapist and psychedelic integration therapist, and certified advanced clinical hypnotherapist. I specialize in an experiential integrative approach to: -nervous system healing and resiliency -attachment repair -boundaries -sex, pleasure and embodiment challenges for women -trauma healing & integration -Psychedelic medicine and integration You're ready to go DEEP in your healing journey because you want MORE joy, pleasure, abundance and wealth, fulfillment, ease, peace, harmony, and well-being in your life. My methodology includes Person-Centered, Somatic Trauma Resolution, Somatic Psychology, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Hypnotherapy, Attachment, Polyvagal, IFS “parts work,” Feminist, Gestalt, Imaginal and Integral Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Transpersonal Energy Psychology. I also draw upon over 27 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Women’s Holistic Pelvic Care™ therapist, Women’s Integrated Health Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, Ordained Interfaith Minister, Energy Healer, teacher and mentor, as well as Taoist & Tantric embodiment practices, breathwork, sounding, journaling, Aroma Point Therapy using essential oils, flower essences, EFT Tapping, and numerous other alternative healing modalities.
