Introduction

I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS; FORMER CLIENTS PLEASE EMAIL I work with individuals ages 16+ I am currently offering telehealth-only appointments I also offer clinical consultation services to clinicians interested in building skills in long-term relational work with clients with trauma histories- please message me to inquire Approaching therapy from an Adlerian perspective, I'll help you identify the unspoken "rules" you learned growing up about who you are, what you could expect from others, and how you needed to behave in order to be accepted by others. Those "rules" were absolutely useful to you before, in fact they got you through to today! In our work, we'll get to explore which "rules," coping mechanisms, and roles you'd like to keep, as well as courageously experiment with other ways of being in the world. This exploration is done through building a trusting and collaborative working relationship, establishing hypotheses about the roots of the problems you'd like to work on, and identifying strategies and interventions that you feel interested in and able to try right now. My work is also grounded in awareness of how culture and systems impact you and your intersecting identities, as well as our work together. Finally, the treatment I provide is trauma- and attachment-focused, meaning that I am particularly attentive to you feeling safe in our sessions. I'm excited for us both to get to know you! Licensed in Oregon (3268), MN (LP6492), WI (4121-57), and temporary WA permit (TE61077496). Please see my LinkedIn profile for a detailed history of my education and training (link at bottom of page).
