Introduction

My name is Grace Park and I'm a counselor living in the greater Portland Maine area. I’m here to support individuals that need a bit of help overcoming trauma related emotional, relational and behavioral issues. I am a clinical counselor but draw on eastern practices of meditation and energetic work. Listening is the foundation of my counseling approach because at the end of the day I believe our own intuition and wisdom knows how to heal ourselves. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself by providing a compassionate, safe space.
