Introduction

You are full of potential... but something is getting in the way. Maybe you have experienced trauma or struggle with anxiety and depression. Maybe you feel trapped in a cycle of negative thinking, toxic emotions, and difficult relationships. Making your way through life's challenges, a part of you may carry burdens of shame, anger or sadness. No matter how bad things might seem, a part of you knows a better life is possible. I help clients identify and resolve the root cause of issues using a collaborative and client-centered approach. I customize my approach to best meet the needs of individual clients, drawing on a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, and Internal Family Systems. Confronting issues, solving problems, and taking steps toward change can be challenging. I will help you explore your concerns with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgement. Together, we can create a plan for achieving your desired outcomes. When you are ready, I would be honored to guide you on your journey to better mental health.
