I am dedicated to providing a supportive and confidential space for teens to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and develop the skills needed to thrive during adolescence and beyond. Asking for help feels like weakness or failure, but deep down, you know something isn’t working. Maybe you're carrying shame, insecurity, anger, or negative self-beliefs. We'll work together to understand the origins of these beliefs and improve your wellbeing.
