Introduction

Do you feel stressed, stuck, depressed, overwhelmed? Are you thinking about talking to someone but unsure of who or where to turn? It takes courage to reach out to someone for help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been providing clinical care for more than 13 years. I have worked with adolescents and adults with a variety of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life and career transitions, stress, grief and loss, adjustments, and relationships. My clinical style is patient-centered and tailored to fit your needs with a focus on individual therapy. I most often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, goal-oriented modalities, strength focused treatment, and EMDR. I am seeing clients in person and/or via virtual or phone sessions.
