Introduction

There are a multitude of approaches we can take in therapy together, whether that is dealing with stressors in the present or processing difficult or traumatic events from the past. You are the expert on your own story! We can work to develop better insight and self-compassion, set boundaries, and develop healthier relationships more in line with your individual goals, or unpack privilege and learn to be a better ally. I prioritize a safe & affirming space for LGBTQAI+ individuals and folks of Trans experience seeking care. My therapy style is flexible and responsive, tailoring therapy needs to each person in my care. I have experience in assisting clients with stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQAI+-related concerns or identities, family roles & conflicts, coping and adjustment to significant life changes, trauma & healing, etc. It is my priority to offer compassion, empathy, affirmation, and use of humor, while also providing the tools & support necessary for you to move closer to aligning with your therapeutic goals. I am in the process of credentialing with several additional Insurance Coverage Providers, including MassHealth/Medicaid. I offer a sliding scale to self-pay individuals.
