Introduction

I'm a relationship therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to heal disagreements and enjoy being together. I work from the view that people are social creatures - we are meant to be connected to each other. The problem is, we are sometimes not very good at communicating what we need and want. We misunderstand. We misspeak. We have unconscious reactions to triggers that remind us of bad things that happened in the past. And then we react to each other out of fear, anger, and pain. We do things that scream "look at me" or "you let me down" or "you can't hurt me again". My job is to slow everything down. I help individuals, couples and families look at problems in fundamentally different ways. We look for patterns together and try to articulate the "why" under the "what". We work together to create transformative emotional experiences that help to redefine relationships as safe, strong, and dependable. We practice building new ways of interacting that communicate care, concern, and love. If you’d like to schedule a consultation with me, please email me with an appointment request. I look forward to hearing from you.
