My dedication to my clients' well-being, coupled with genuine empathy, provides a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and experiences. I wholeheartedly believe that every person's story is unique, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Somatic focused DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy, I strive to guide you towards self-awareness, emotional growth, and lasting positive change. Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in helping clients navigate a variety of issues, such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I specialize in assisting individuals in building self-esteem and developing coping strategies to effectively manage stress. For me, therapy is a collaborative process between you, the client, and myself. I am deeply committed to creating a strong therapeutic alliance built on open and honest communication, fostering trust and understanding.
