Welcome! I am a NY and NJ licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals and with couples. I aim to be warm, authentic, and collaborative. I focus on strengthening the therapeutic relationship and using it to help individuals build meaningful, fulfilling, and genuine connections with themselves, with others, and with their work. I have particular interest and expertise in working with undergraduate and graduate students, individuals in emergency medicine, and those with a history of interpersonal trauma, including experiences of sexual assault and harassment. I will help you gain greater self-awareness and self-compassion. In doing so, I will empower you to understand what you need and gain the tools to achieve it. I look forward to meeting you. I am currently offering in-person sessions in Midtown--across the street from Grand Central Station--and telehealth sessions.
