Welcome! My name is Hailee, and I am an evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapist. My goal is to help my patients live the life they want without anxiety holding them back. Anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders can be incredibly challenging. The good news is that there are effective treatment methods that can help you reclaim your life. Whether it's succeeding in school, work, relationships, or achieving life goals, I can assist you in reaching these milestones with confidence. I specialize in OCD, anxiety (including separation anxiety, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety), phobias, body dysmorphic disorder, selective mutism, hoarding, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs such as skin picking and hair pulling), tics/Tourette's, and co-existing depressive symptoms. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard in OCD treatment. I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
