I believe in initially creating positive therapeutic rapport as a foundation to then improve lives. I enjoy using art projects and games with clients to provide comfort within the therapeutic space. I can provide DBT, CBT, and Narrative therapy from my framework of centering attachment and trauma history while supporting treatment goals my clients have set.
