My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and does not believe in stigmatizing labels. I have specific training to treat issues related to attachment, depression, relationships, trauma, anxiety, and substance use. I am a certified Written Exposure Therapy therapist to treat PTSD. I also have advanced training (Externship, Addiction and EFT training) in Emotionally Focused Therapy which is one of the most effective couple therapy models. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 9 years experience helping individuals, couples, and families with various problems.
