Hello, I’m Hannah! Originally from San Antonio, I’ve made North Texas my home for the past six years and have grown to love the community here. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me getting lost in a good novel, taking long walks with my two dogs, or savoring a great cup of coffee. Healing from trauma and abuse is complex, and I know how heavy that weight can feel. The effects of painful experiences can show up in ways that are difficult to understand—whether it's anxiety that won’t quiet down, deep shame that lingers, or feeling stuck in patterns you desperately want to break. If you’re navigating the impact of childhood wounds, relationship trauma, or the lasting effects of narcissistic or religious abuse, I want you to know: healing is possible. I work with teens (13+) and adults, offering a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space. My approach is deeply attuned to the unique ways trauma impacts both the mind and body. I integrate cognitive strategies to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, somatic work to release stored trauma, and a strengths-based perspective to empower you as you heal. I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Whenever you're ready, I’d love to connect and walk alongside you in this journey. You are worthy of healing, and I’m here to help you take that next step, if you choose to do so. Feel free to reach out, and we can explore what support looks like for you.
