Introduction

I'm a trauma and perinatal (maternal) mental health therapist focused on helping people overcome past experiences that keep them stuck, and help new and seasoned parents adjust to the challenges of parenting in today's world. My work focuses on using evidence-based trauma treatments to help lower distress and learn more effective and health-oriented tools and techniques to create a life worth living. I'm passionate about helping expecting mothers prepare for labor and delivery and overcome birth trauma experiences. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) and certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC-I) with 8 years of direct clinical practice experience post grad. I use Mentaya to help clients maximize out of network benefits to help make therapy more affordable. I am able to check benefits in our first phone call.
