My clients typically find themselves stuck in transition, wanting to get to know themselves more deeply and ready to explore what is coming next on their horizon. I enjoy working with people who may be seeking self-reflection and a brave space where they can reconnect with their personal story and 'spark' for guidance on their journey. I also offer play therapy for children ages 3-10. Play therapy sessions provide an opportunity for kiddos and their adults to learn and engage in co-regulation skills, creative integration of lived experiences, improved self-esteem, as well as developing more empowering coping practices. I am guided by relational-cultural theory which believes that we grow through and towards connection with people in our lives. Part of my role as a therapist is to create a safe space where my clients can learn and practice how to do just that - engage in a relationship characterized by mutual empathy, respect, and influence.
