Hannah Foltz, MSW, APSW Hello, my name is Hannah, and I am an Advanced Practice Social Worker who has been practicing since 2022. I received my Master of Social Work from Aurora University in 2020 and a dual Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana Tech where I also played collegiate softball. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s changes and discover their inner strengths. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism and personality disorders. I also have experience addressing self-harm, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, difficulties with emotion regulation/lack of coping skills, and interpersonal relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I tailor to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I know it can be challenging to step into this therapeutic space, so I bring authenticity and humor into sessions. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance, I empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and facilitating positive change. I believe in the inherent resilience and potential for growth within each individual, and I am honored to accompany my clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. If you are seeking support and guidance on your path to emotional well-being, I invite you to take the first step toward positive change by reaching out for an intake appointment. Together, we can work towards creating a life filled with meaning, fulfillment, and resilience. In my free time I enjoy attending concerts, listening to my record collection, being outside, watching Wisconsin sports, and spending time with my cats.
