Change is difficult and I deeply honor the growing pains that can come with change. It is hard to be uncomfortable, as growth and change happen outside of our comfort zone. Therefore, I also enjoy empowering and supporting clients to find the correct tools that can help foster their desired growth. I am originally from Colorado, I was a collegiate volleyball player and I have always loved the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, taking my dog on walks, and doing puzzles. Our providers are OON who can submit for reimbursement on your behalf for you to receive possible reimbursement.
