Introduction

My specialities are traumatic stress and health psychology. I am a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic stress (AAETS) and hold specialized certification in child trauma from the AAETS. Dually trained in mental health and physical fitness, I am able to interweave the two for a wholistic approach to healing and performance enhancement. Through my own journey I have learned that the human core chases peace that comes from complete security within our selves. It chases the bondedness and belonging that comes from a soul connection with another human being. The journey can be painful, confusing, and absolutely breathtaking; and it would be an honor to be your guide through it all. *Evening and weekend appointments are available on request.
