I help teens, adults, and families enhance emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and find balance during times of change. I specialize in supporting young adults navigating their transition to independence, individuals and couples facing fertility challenges, and those coping with grief and loss. In my therapy room, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients can express themselves openly— including all the messy, imperfect parts that make each of us unique. I encourages my clients to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, presence, and self-compassion as they work toward their goals. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in the corporate technology world. Through this experience, I came to understand how overwhelming the pressure to keep up, perform, and achieve can be. I recognize that the demands of school, work, family, relationships, fear of failure, and identity conflicts can become a heavy burden— making it difficult to feel present and true to oneself. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, family systems, relational approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness- and acceptance-based modalities. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Anna Nedelisky.
