Introduction

You did it - you took the first step toward finding help (which can be the hardest!). I'm so glad you're here. My name is Hannah Myer, and I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor currently taking clients in Lancaster County and throughout Pennsylvania. My approach to therapy is integrative and trauma-informed. I also work from an EMDR-informed lens, as I am currently receiving consultation from EMDR-certified professionals. Seeking help is a sign of resilience, and my hope is to create a safe space for you to journey toward healing and become more fully yourself in the process. This journey looks different for everyone, and wherever you are, it would be an honor to walk alongside you to find freedom and peace in the midst of struggle and embrace the richness of your life in all circumstances.
