My approach to therapy is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices, creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing and growth. I am a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which allows me to offer specialized support for those who have experienced trauma and PTSD. As an adoption specialist, I work closely with families and individuals to support the unique emotional needs that arise throughout the adoption journey. In addition to my therapeutic practice, I am a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counselor interns, providing guidance and mentorship to the next generation of counselors. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I am here to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.
