Introduction

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. I am fully licensed in the state of Nevada and have been practicing since 2021. I work with older children 8+, teenagers, young adults, and individual adults. We face many transitions throughout our lives and professional support can provide all the difference. I use techniques to help clients gain coping skills, communication skills, and learn to manage big emotions. I work with a variety of concerns including life transitions, anxiety, depression, school issues, career troubles, chronic health issues, body image, trauma, eating disorders, and more. After battling my own health concerns, I have gained a passion for natural remedies. I am currently in the process of becoming a certified herbalist. I am able to help clients find natural and holistic remedies for mild ailments in the realm of mental health treatment without the use of medication when appropriate. *Please note: I am not a doctor or medical professional.*
