Welcome! I'm so glad you're taking the first step toward a healthier you. Therapy is a great place to learn how to manage mental health symptoms, improve relationships, develop coping skills, and heal past trauma. You can expect me to listen carefully to your concerns and goals and tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. I balance empathy and compassion with feedback and skill-building so that you feel safe and supported while gaining necessary tools and awareness to make progress toward your goals. I am passionate about helping people who are ready to address challenges related to anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, and relationship conflicts. I also have special interests in foster care and adoption, autism, and family of origin issues. My Christian faith is at the heart of my work, and I'm able to incorporate this perspective upon request. I provide family therapy and individual therapy (ages 7+). I incorporate creative approaches such as art and play in sessions with children so they can process emotions and learn in a way that is meaningful to them. I look forward to giving you, your child, or your family the space necessary to slow down and take a much needed breath. Let’s talk (or play!) through the hard stuff and find solutions together so you can be a healthier version of you! Call 715-200-9042 to get started.
