As someone who has personally seen the life-changing effects from therapy, I knew from a young age that becoming a therapist was my life's calling. I have dealt with anxiety and depression myself, and seeing a therapist was the best decision that I have ever made for my mental health! I work collaboratively to help you improve communication skills, learn better coping skills, and find strategies that reduce relational and emotional distress. I provide education and tools for change that are tailored uniquely to each client. I utilize a combination of narrative, solution-focused, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and behavioral theories in my practice.
