Introduction

I work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Moberly, Missouri. I live in Moberly with my husband, Tim, and our three children. We are born and raised Missourians and have lived here for almost 9 years. For the last 6 years, I have worked with clients with a wide-range of concerns including depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, relationship issues, and spiritual issues. I have also assisted many individuals as they discover hope and healing from physical and emotional trauma and abuse. My therapy approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy with an emotional and solution focus. Every client is unique and I do not limit myself or my clients with one particular therapy style. Instead, the client and I make a plan together that will best serve them according to their personality, presenting concerns and specific needs. I recognize that therapy is a vulnerable place for many people and it requires a great deal of courage to seek help and healing. My highest goal as a counselor is to help individuals recognize their own strengths and assist in building hope for their future.
