Introduction

I support folks in living authentically as their full, unique selves. I understand that there are multilayered forms of oppression that can impact our daily lives and sense of being. I use LGBTQIA+ affirming, social justice-oriented, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches with the aim of creating a safe space for you to share your experiences. I'm also sex-positive, kink-aware, and use weight-neutral approaches in my practice. It’s my hope that through our work, you will find new pathways of resilience, freedom, growth, pleasure, and balance. Let’s work together towards liberation and healing.
