Introduction

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Heather, the owner and therapist at ICT Hope Therapy Center LLC. I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Masters level Addiction Counselor, EMDR practitioner and certified Play Therapist. I am also trained in Theraplay, Trauma Informed Yoga and Somatic Yoga. I have experience working with children, individuals and families experiencing difficulties in their lives. My therapy approach is strengths-based, personal and collaborative. I base the techniques I use on each individuals needs and goals.
