Hello My name is Heather Birr. 25 years ago I was in a much different place in my life and without making a commitment to healing, improving my relationships and counseling, I would not be able to be here to help guide you through recovery and onto well being. We all have struggles and sometimes speaking to an objective person helps us face those challenges with more clarity. While I do diagnose and treat mental health concerns, my passion is helping one normalize the behaviors that erupt from some really bad things that happen to us. I am a trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapist who also specializes in addiction, family and couples counseling. I see people of all ages 13 plus. Co-parenting/Divorce/Separation intimate partner violence, teenage girls, women's related issues, LQBTQIA, interfaith and interracial relationships are areas I specialize in. Feel free to schedule a 15 minute consultation free of charge.
