Introduction

Heather is a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach, specializing in addictions and Life Recovery, as well as a Board-Certified Life Coach, through American Association of Christian Counselors. Her love of learning has led her to pursue additional credentialing which includes: Career Direct Consulting, providing IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, and Enneagram coaching for individuals and work teams. Her latest certification is the NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) practitioner, for working with clients with complex or developmental PTSD. She hopes to have completed its requirements by the end of 2022, and will be one of the first ten trained NARM providers in the state of Alabama. Heather is on staff with Waterstone Counseling and Consulting. She enjoys speaking to groups surrounding core values, motivations and inhibitors to growth mindset.
