Introduction

I am a firm believer that everyone is capable of change. There are times in our lives when we take inventory of the choices we’ve made and decide it’s time. Seeking guidance, especially from a stranger can be a daunting process, but it doesn’t have to be. Change can be scary and many of us fear the unknown, but if you allow me to come alongside you on your journey I will strive to alleviate those fears and uncertainty as we travel through the process of change. Though we may start out as strangers my attentiveness and my ability to empathize with your needs will leave you feeling validated and heard, paving the way to be someone you can trust and connect with. There may be times when it gets hard, for change is not that simple; however, if you trust the process I can be that travel guide you need and be by your side every step of the way to help you navigate through this difficult but fulfilling journey.
