I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, combining evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of each client's unique experiences. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviors, and develop the skills needed to lead fulfilling lives. My goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their healing process and build resilience for the future.
