Introduction

With 9 years of counseling experience, I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in helping adolescents aged 14 and older, couples, and adults. I enjoy working with clients experiencing struggles due to ADHD, relational conflict, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, career transitions, and stress management. I provide telehealth sessions (OK and KS) and in office sessions in McPherson, KS. In 2014, I completed my Master's of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Community Counseling at John Brown University. I am also very comfortable integrating Christian faith in the work I do, for those who would like to lean on their spiritual beliefs for strength. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, but for all those I work with, I believe in fostering a supportive and understanding environment where couples and individuals can safely be vulnerable as they explore their thoughts and feelings and achieve personal growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care. I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps couples and individuals improve their connection with others, and I also integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and neuroscience. I will work with you to develop goals and practical steps to work towards them. I have current openings for day and evening sessions. Whether you are navigating the challenges of life, seeking to strengthen your relationships, or managing life's transitions, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this part of your journey.
