Introduction

Life has been messy and overwhelming. You know there is more for you—in your career, your relationships, your life—but you're not sure how to get there. Or, how to help your child get there. You're worried and stressed because you've got goals and dreams, but you're not sure where to start. We can all use help to process our experiences and find clarity. And when you make yourself and your family a priority—because you are worth the time, money and energy spent on therapy—you are empowered to become an active participant in your life. Caim Counseling works to create a collaborative, creative and connected space to do the challenging work of self-care. My casual communication style and calming presence will help make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into my office. Working with adults, couples, children, and families, I address common challenges including: communication and conflict, confidence, handling emotions, identifying needs, perfectionism, difficult relationships, low motivation, creating boundaries, life transitions, body image, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and more. Specialized training in the treatment of children and adolescents allows me to address behavioral and emotional challenges including ADHD, adjustment and attachment challenges, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, disruptive behaviors and school-related concerns. Reach out today to begin cultivating change in your life.
