You will have the opportunity to learn, heal, and grow in a safe, judgement free, and supportive space so that you can be the best version of YOU. While I have a special interest in treating women, I work with all adults integrating the approaches of evidenced-based treatments such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy for the specialized treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. In simple terms, we work together to understand your behaviors and thoughts, then retrain your brain and modify your actions so that you can live a life more aligned with your true self. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, or simply want to make changes in your life, I can help you create and travel your unique path to well-being. I have openings Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the day. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit for out-of network reimbursement.
