The most important factor in determining a successful course of therapy is the connection between client and therapist. It's a relationship. I believe that structuring sessions to fit each individual's need is the greatest opportunity to improve how people live. My practice empowers people to express themselves, be present, learn about the self and find ways to align mind + body. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can begin to better understand yourself and work through challenges that are interfering with your life and happiness. Collaboratively, we can explore what has brought you to me. We will utilize "talk therapy", but it won't stop there. My approach is holistic and together we will take a look at how you are living all areas of your life. My role will be to teach you practical techniques and structure solutions to use everyday in order to feel relief, grounded and calmer. Life can be challenging.
