I believe a strong client-therapist relationship can foster growth and change, and finding the right therapist is key to reaching your therapeutic goals. As a therapist, I believe that my clients are capable of creating change, and I can offer reflection and support throughout your journey. My practice is a non-judgemental and inclusive space that allows you to reach your goals for personal growth. I believe in using clinically effective techniques, and I use an integrative approach that pulls from several different models of therapy in order to personalize the counseling experience. My ultimate goal is to assist my clients as they envision their future selves. While I consider myself an integrative therapist, I frequently use techniques from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
