Hello! I have been a therapist for over 10 years now. I use a strengths-based approach to helping all clients work through life's issues, including trauma, addictions and alcohol issues, grief, stress, relationships, depression and anxiety. I love for sessions to be client-centered and assisting clients in reaching their goals! I like to serve as a guide and a helper to assist in unpacking complicated things in order to feel better. I believe that people have the answers inside them and sometimes we need some assistance in seeing things more clearly. I also believe that getting help is a sign of strength rather than a weakness.
