Introduction

Authentic, compassionate, evidenced based therapy. I pull from my 16 years as an educator working with special populations, at-risk, coaching, gifted children and 8 years as a therapist working with teens then transitioning to adults in private practice. I am currently accepting clients ages 18+ and couples upon request. I areas of expertise such as therapy for first responders, educators, men and women issues, generational trauma breakers, disordered eating, anxiety, first generation issues, low self-esteem, and becoming assertive and boundaried.
