I hold a Master of Social Work degree, a Graduate Women's Health Certificate from the University of Utah, and a Master of Education with an emphasis in school counseling from the University of Phoenix. I have extensive expertise in education and have aided K-12 and university students with various educational concerns. I have supported students with disabilities transitioning from high school to college and first-generation and disabled college students in pursuing their education. Over the past few years, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities and private practice, providing therapeutic assistance to adults and teenagers with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. I have also worked with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma and trauma related symptoms. I am passionate about lifelong learning and client growth, I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a cornerstone for guiding clients on their healing journey.
