There are times when these ups and downs can feel too overwhelming to navigate alone. As your therapist, I will be a witness to you as you are and a guide along the path to contentment and peace. The therapeutic relationship is built on authenticity and acceptance, and I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space that nurtures personal growth and healing while leaving room for joy and humor. I currently offer individual therapy to adults, with expertise in treating trauma, life transitions, and stress management, as well as supporting folks exploring their identity. As a trained dance/movement therapist, I work with clients to support their body awareness, self-esteem, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
