My purpose is to help others develop their insight, gain self-awareness into their cognitive and behavioral patterns, working on incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives, helping to develop a variety of life skills to better support people achieving their life goals as well learning how to regulate their emotions. I truly believe in helping people develop a life worth living for themselves that allows them to grow and prosper. Additionally people living within transitionary periods of their life can also struggle with all of the above and it is my desire to help support them in this process. Acknowledging the need for change as well as identifying things to work on is the first step in any journey towards self-exploration and growth. This journey will be long, difficult, painful and enlightening. I encourage people to take the plunge towards holding themselves accountable and making the changes that they want to see within themselves.
